Cancellation Policy

Basketball Games

Basketball games are canceled if the school district cancels school or has early dismissal for bad weather. If they are canceled we will post the information as an update on this page, as well as our Parks and Rec Facebook page.

Softball Games

Softball games are normally not canceled until 3:30 p.m. each day. If they are canceled we will post the information here on our website, as well as our Parks and Rec Facebook page. If games are canceled after 3:30 during the evening the staff at the ball fields will make an effort to contact the coaches to let them know before game time.

Sand Volleyball, Tennis Leagues & Tennis Lessons

Sand Volleyball, Tennis Leagues and Tennis Lessons normally are not canceled until right before game time. The staff working the games will make effort to contact the coaches to let them know the games will not be played. If it looks as if rain will be continuing throughout the evening then we will post the information here as an update on this page, as well as our Parks and Rec Facebook page.
