We encourage community members to use the Citizen Request Tracker to report concerns related to the public right of way or with City-supplied services.
The Citizen Request Tracker is not to be used for fire, police or medical emergencies. If you are experiencing such an emergency, please call 911.
The City’s normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If your Citizen Request is not an emergency, but of an urgent nature outside of business hours (water line issues, impassable roads, downed utility lines, for example), please call the police non-emergency line: 618-656-2131.
Requests submitted after hours or on weekends are typically reviewed the next business day.
