    Mobile Food Vendors are responsible for operation of food trucks and collection/remittance of Food and Beverage Tax while adhering to all City of Edwardsville ordinances pertaining to Ordinance No. 6710-09-2021. Failure to do so will result in the loss of future location approval.  Vendors are also required to submit the Municipal Tax Return for Food and Beverage to the City Of Edwardsville Finance Department.
