The Edwardsville Fire Department has three fire stations:
- The Public Safety Building, 333 S. Main Street, serves as the headquarters for the City's fire and police departments. It opened in 2017.
- The East Fire Station, 7407 Governors' Parkway, opened in February 2024, replacing the smaller Station 2, which began serving the community on Montclaire Avenue in 1969.
- The Campus Station, 783 Northwest University Drive, opened in 2016 on the campus of Southern Illinois University.
