Saturday, December 6, from noon to 5 p.m. in City Park: Celebrate the holiday season with an assortment of local artisan vendors, festive entertainment, crafts and food, Santa Claus and the City's annual tree lighting ceremony! Stroll around City Park and find the perfect gift for anyone on your list (plus a little something for yourself). Plus, enjoy some holiday tunes, free kids craft and visits with Santa ahead of the tree lighting ceremony.

Santa Visits Nickel Plate Station in Edwardsville

Santa has scheduled a series of visits to Edwardsville's Nickel Plate Station! Santa will arrive on Saturday, November 29, to the Nickel Plate Station and return every Saturday and Tuesday leading up to Christmas (except for Saturday, December 6, when Santa will be joining us for our Winter Market Festival in City Park).

Letters to Santa

Did you tell Santa what you want for Christmas? No better way to get the word to him than through a letter! Starting this November, children are invited to drop off their letters in on of Santa's North Pole Mailbox's placed around the city. Everyone who drops off a letter in any of these mailbox's will receive a letter from Santa Claus himself!

Frosty's Frozen Festival at the R.P. Lumber Center

Secret Santa Shop

The Secret Santa Shop will be back this year at the R.P. Lumber Center, 6289 Tiger Drive, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 13. Children can experience the joy of choosing their own special (inexpensive) holiday gifts for family and friends. The shop will be supervised by our volunteer elves. Enjoy crafts and write letters to Santa, too!

Skate with Santa

Sunday, December 14: This fun-filled event includes a skate with Santa Claus from noon to 2 p.m., plus opportunities to write a letter to Santa, take some fun holiday photos, enjoy hot cocoa, and watch a holiday-themed ice skating performance.
