You are never too young or too old to learn to ice skate! The R.P. Lumber Center has programs for all ages and abilities. Our Learn to Skate classes are for all interests: recreational, hockey and figure skating. We also offer private lessons. Check out all of our options, listed below.
Parents get to join in on the fun with R.P. Lumber Center's Parent and Me skating class! This course gives kids ages 4-6 the opportunity to learn how to skate with a parent by their side. This is a great way for the kiddos to feel safe and comfortable in a new environment, and offers a special bonding experience for the parent.

Join us for a exploration of the ice in this brand new program: Ice Explorers! This program is designed as an introductory course for our littlest skaters. Anyone ages 3-4 will get a change to build confidence on the ice through games that will be sure to keep the kids engaged!

Step into the spotlight for Theater on Ice. Here it is all about the Dramatics! Student will get the chance to learn professionally choreographed routines that they will later perform at exhibitions and EHS Hockey games this Fall.
