Boards, Committees & Commissions 

The City of Edwardsville's boards, committees and commissions are staffed by resident volunteers who work to benefit every aspect of our community. The City of Edwardsville recognizes that our collective success is a result of meaningful participation and engagement of dedicated residents. 

Individuals who are interested in volunteering for a board, committee or commission are encouraged to apply here. All applications are kept on file for three years. As openings occur, applications are considered by the Mayor, who makes recommendations to the full City Council, which will appoint the individual on the basis of: openings on a board/committee/commission, date application is received, and qualifications for the appointment sought.
