The City of Edwardsville Trick-or-Treating will be held on Saturday October 31, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM only.  The City is promoting a Healthy Halloween!  Please read over the guidelines to help us have fun and stay safe with COVID-19 health concerns.
